Last night’s Orange Chicken with Murphy’s Raw Orange Blossom Honey:

what you need:
chicken
chili powder
fresh lemon
Murphy’s Raw California Orange Blossom Honey

When I make orange chicken at home, I put my chicken in a gallon zip lock bag, add some Orange blossom honey (I am generous and put 3 to 4 tbs, but you should do it to taste) I add salt, pepper, garlic, lemon juice squeezed from a fresh lemon (I have also used lime in the past), and plenty of red chili powder. The honey and the chili powder balance each other, making a sweet and spicy orange chicken marinade. Then I shake it! and let marinate in the refrigerator for an hour or so before I throw it on the grill with some fresh veggies.
