Bees inside your Eave, Roof or Attic

Bee Removal
Bee removal from Eaves, Roofs

Bees inside an eave, roofing system or attic is by far the most common place we find bee hives.  They are a great place for the bees because they are elevated, have insulation and most predictors have no way of getting to them.  It is important to know that when you have a hive inside a wall the honey and the bees have to come out.  We get asked all the time; ‘can you just kill them?’ or ‘Can you set a box outside and let the bees go into it?’  The answer is always the same, No.

Our service area includes San Diego CountyOrange County, and Riverside County.

Reasons to Call a Bee Removal Specialist

  • Beehives get bigger over time.
  • Beehives make honey this will attract other bugs
  • Removing them may require repair work.
  • If the bees are not properly removed they can come back.
  • A swarm of bees is dangerous and a liability if your allergic an or someone gets stung on your property.

The bees make 10-15 lbs of honeycomb, honey, larva and storage in one month.  They start to produce and store honey within 2-3 days.  The bees are the air conditioning and the maintenance crews.  If the bees, at any point, do not tend the hive the honey will drip out and gravity dictates the rest.  The bees must be removed at the same time as the honey.  Any honey left inside the structure will attract more bees as well as a number of other things.  Extermination does not work because they do not remove the comb.  Extermination and removal doesn’t work because they kill the bees and then remove the hive days later.  In order to permanently solve the problem a live removal done by hand must be done.  If a bee vacuum is used the bees are killed, so it must be done by hand to save the bees.  Take a look at our videos and gallery to see what we see.  It is clear that we are telling you the truth about bee removal.

We remove and relocate unwanted bees every day.  In order to do it correctly you must remove everything at the same time.  A live removal is the most successful and we charge, on average, 15-25% less then all of our competitors.  We save bees is dedicated to SOLVING bee problems and making sure the bees get to a safe place.

Dan The Bee Man and his crew were excellent!!!
We had a most EXTREME challenge for them: To remove a HUGE beehive from the side of a mountain, about 60 feet up, in La Quinta, CA! These bees were flying up and over into our pool/spa for
… More water, causing problems with our guests who were trying to enjoy themselves on vacation, not to mention what could've happened if someone was allergic and got stung. I'm happy to report that there are no more bees around our backyard, especially in the pool/spa area.
    Thank You Dan and Crew!
