Miss Cereal In the Morning?
This morning’s Paleo Cereal:
What you need?
Fresh blueberries
1/2 cup almonds
1/4 cup pecans/walnuts
1/4 flax seed
1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
Almond Milk or coconut milk (unsweetened)
Murphy’s Raw California Honey
Chop up the nuts in a food processor (or finely by hand). You want some texture, kind of like oatmeal. Pour on Murphy’s Raw Honey to taste (i use a few tsp) and add your coconut shreds. Pour in your unsweetened almond or coconut milk and stir. Once honey is dissolved add your blueberries (or whatever fresh fruit you have laying around)!
