Fourth of July Murphy’s Raw Honey and Mango Smoothie

What you need:

1 mango

1 banana

1 orange

3 tsp Murphy’s Raw California Orange Blossom Honey

How to make it:

Peel your orange, peel your banana, peel your mango, and put all ingredients in blender. Now Blend and enjoy. Play it up a little. When I want a smoother smoothie I add a bit of unsweetened cocunut juice, or if I want it more refreshing I will add some ice to the blender and have a frozen-ish smoothie treat!

** make sure that when you store your honey you keep your lid nice and tight, if not moisture can be let in and your honey will start to ferment overtime.
